I, aged 59, had never practiced Yog till March 2023, when I first joined General Yog session conducted by Shri Akash Singhal. Since then, I have been continuously practising Yog regularly under able guidance of Akash ji. Akash has a very good knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Yog , Pranayam and various Asanas. His depth of knowledge of these fields are very useful and beneficial for every person for their physical, mental,emotional and spiritual well being. Personally, I have found it very very beneficial for my overall health . The communication skill of Akash Singhal is also so good that any person of any age, who had never practiced Yog, can feel very comfortable with him . I sincerely appreciate his method of instruction and depth of knowledge of Yog & related fields. He fully deserves it. I wish him all the best.
