    This yoga class should be joined by everyone..the way aakash sir train is commendable…he explain everything nicely correct us when we not doing correctly in a way that we don’t hesitate to ask questions again +he is very punctual…and the most imp part of the class that I liked mostly is that we don’t feel soreness any kind of pain after session bcoz to the counter poses that sir made us do…this yoga class will teach you the basic things that we thought we know but we don’t in reality…I personally feel these sessions have been very beneficial not only in terms of physical fitness in mental well being…so give it a try
